@maskedphrogg As soon as they did Obama reinstated it. This happened three times so far. As far as I know the last one still stands and 2 rigs have already left the gulf area for the Republic of Congo. Pretty sad when the Congo is friendlier to business then the United States.
Anyways the statement I made was if the drilling ban stays in place we would lose an estimated 300,000 jobs in the Gulf area.
Obama is fishing for a sympathetic judge.

In re: Fox News, all Reggie avoided was lying about the situation as you are doing. Andrew Brietbart offered no conclusions on Shirley Sherrod’s actions and Fox News anchors had nothing but support for Sherrod. The story is the reactions by audience members to the most repugnant segments of Sherrod’s story and the knee-jerk reaction by Pres Obama. Had the WH done any research whatsoever into the speech this situation wouldn’t be blowing up on them now.

You do yourself a disservice when referring to Andrew Breitbart breaking the story of Shirley Sherrod. Both Breitbart in his SERIES of video clips, including the full speech of Sherrod before an NAACP meeting, as well as the Fox anchors offering nothing but support for Shirley Sherrod and her personal revelation that the government had and was being used by an elite Class of citizens to deny non-members of the Class due process.
